Ramakant Ratawa has spent his academic life mastering the very subjects he now teaches, and that hands-on command of the syllabus is the whole reason Solutions Academy exists.
The Academic Journey
Born on 8th September 1990 in Kolkata and raised in Chhapar (Churu), Rajasthan, Ramakant Sir’s academics have been a story of consistent excellence — District Merit Holder in Class 8th, School Topper in Class 12th, and UGC NET (Commerce) cleared in his first attempt. He began his Chartered Accountancy journey in 2007, clearing CPT in his first attempt and securing exemptions in all practical subjects in CA IPCC. He graduated from Delhi University while simultaneously completing his articleship in Gurgaon & Delhi.
From Student to Founder
Even during articleship, Ramakant Sir began teaching CPT and IPCC students. In 2012, that teaching instinct became Solutions Academy, Sikar — a premier commerce coaching institute offering structured education from Class 11th all the way to CA Final, including articleship guidance. Today, with 15+ years of teaching experience, he has built Solutions Academy into one of Sikar’s most trusted names for CA, CMA and Commerce coaching — known for handwritten, faculty-crafted study material and a concept-first teaching approach rather than rote learning.

The Person Behind the Teacher
An avid reader and sports enthusiast, Ramakant Sir believes in integrating theory with practical application. His journey has been shaped above all by his late grandfather, Shri Devkinandan ji Ratawa — the reason for who he is today — and by the values instilled by his parents, Shri Ramesh Kumar Ratawa and Smt. Sunita Devi Ratawa, and blessed with a son, Shivaay Ratawa. Behind every bit of this success stands his wife, Jyoti Ratawa — the quiet strength who has stood beside him through every struggle, and truly the reason behind the man he has become.
