This website, thesolutionsacademy.in, belongs to Solutions Academy, Sikar. By using this website or buying something on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.

1. What we sell

Solutions Academy prepares students for commerce and professional exams — CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, CMA Foundation, Class 11–12 Accountancy, CUET and IPMAT.

On this website you will find:

• Video courses — recorded classes, on our mobile app
• Test series — question papers, and the checking of the answer sheets you write
• Answer sheet evaluation — checking charged per sheet
• Study material — notes and books, in digital form

All of these are digital goods and services. Nothing is sent by courier.

2. Your details

• When you buy, you must give your correct name, mobile number and email.
• Access to a video course is given on the same mobile number you gave us. If the number is wrong you will not get access, and that is your responsibility.
• You may not give your account or your login to anyone else.

3. How you get access

• Test series papers can be downloaded the moment your payment goes through.
• Video courses are on our mobile app (the Solutions Academy app on Android, the Classplus app on iPhone). This can take a little time; if it is delayed, message us on WhatsApp at 7340417328.

4. What you may not do

All of our content — videos, notes, question papers, answer keys, solutions — belongs to Solutions Academy. You may not:

• Record it or download it and pass it on
• Sell it to anyone, or put it on any group, channel or website
• Give your download link or your login to anyone else

If you are found doing this, your access will be stopped without any refund, and if it comes to that, legal action may follow.

5. Test series and checking

• How many tests each test series contains is written clearly on that product’s page.
• Ramakant Sir checks your answer sheet himself. You get marks on every answer, a note on every mistake and advice on what to improve. This is part of the package; there is no separate charge for it.
• The checked copy is sent back within 3 working days. In very busy periods it can be a day or two late.
• Your answer sheet should be neatly written and fully readable. If a photo is blurred or incomplete, we may ask you to send it again.
• The marks we give are our own assessment, not the actual marks of ICAI or of a board. They are only meant to help you understand where your preparation stands.

6. What we do not promise

• We do not promise that you will pass or get a rank in any exam. The result depends on your own work.
• The results shown on the website are the real results of our own students, but that does not mean every student will get the same result.
• Sometimes the website or the app may go down for technical reasons. We try to fix it quickly.

7. Price and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payment is taken through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details never reach us — they go straight to Razorpay.
• We may change our prices at any time. Anything you have already bought is not affected.

8. Refunds

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The new terms will be put on this same page with a new date.

10. Law

Indian law applies to these terms. Any dispute comes under the courts of Sikar, Rajasthan.
