Solutions Academy respects your information. This page says plainly what we take, why we take it, and what we do with it.

1. What information we take

What you give us yourself:

• Name
• Mobile number (also used for WhatsApp)
• Email
• Which course or test series you want
• Whatever you write in an enquiry form

What comes with a purchase:

• What you bought, when, and for how much
• Whether the payment went through

In the test series:

• The photo or PDF of the answer sheet you email us
• Your marks and our notes

What is collected automatically:

• Which browser, which device, which pages you looked at — through Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel

2. What we do with it

• To give you access to your course or test series
• To check your copy and send it back
• To answer your questions (by call, WhatsApp or email)
• To tell you about a new batch, test or offer
• To make the website better

We do not sell your information to anyone. Never.

Only with these, and only for the work:

4. Your answer sheet

• The copy you send is used only for checking.
• We can show your copy on the website or on social media only if you say yes yourself. When we do, your name, roll number and mobile number are removed.
• Without your permission, your copy does not go anywhere.

5. Photos of your result

The names and results of toppers shown on the website are there with those students’ permission. If you want your name or photo removed, tell us on 7340417328 and it will be removed.

6. How long we keep it

• Order and payment records — for as long as accounting and the law require
• Answer sheets and marks — while your batch runs, and for some time after it
• Enquiries — for as long as we are still in touch with you

7. Your rights

You can tell us at any time:

• “What information of mine do you have?” — we will tell you
• “This is wrong, correct it” — we will correct it
• “Delete my information” — we will delete it (except records the law requires us to keep)
• “Do not send me promotional messages” — we will stop

8. Children

Many of our students are under 18 (Class 11–12). For such students, a parent’s or guardian’s permission is required. If you are a parent and want your child’s information removed, please contact us.

9. Security

The website runs on HTTPS. We do our best to keep your information safe, but nobody can promise 100% security on the internet.

10. Cookies

The website uses cookies — some are needed to run the site, some belong to Google Analytics and Facebook. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but then the website will not work properly.

11. This page can change

If anything changes, this same page will be updated with a new date.
